Ordering

Once goods are ordered online, the buyer is then within a contract of purchase. Buyers are advised to speak to a member of our staff if unsure about purchasing.

Pricing

Prices shown on the website are our standard prices. Discounts may be given over the phone for bulk purchases. All goods are excluding VAT, but VAT will be added at the standard rate of the United Kingdom.

Payments

Payments are accepted online and over the phone, or within our showroom. Payments will be processed as shelfKing, a trading division of Machoman Products Ltd. All goods must be paid for in full before being dispatched or collected.

Deliveries

All deliveries will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order on weekdays. Weekend orders will be dispatched within 48 hours. We intend for you to take receipt of goods within 24-48 hours of dispatch, unless specified otherwise. Christmas delivery periods may take longer due to demand.

Cancellations & Returns

All damaged goods must be reported on receipt, and any damage must be reported to shelfKing (Machoman Products Ltd) within 24 hours, unless over a weekend, in which case 48 hours is accepted.

All new goods returned must be returned in a non-used condition within 7 days of notification. A 25% restocking charge may be added.

Shortages

Shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

Availability

If goods advertised and sold on our website are out of stock, buyers will be notified within 24 hours of potential purchase and advised of the stock arrival date.

Ownership

Goods will remain the property of shelfKing (Machoman Products Ltd) until full payment is cleared.

Privacy Policy

All information given to us is intended only for the purpose of the contract between the buyer and the seller and will not be passed on to a third party. Although shelfKing may use email addresses for further promotional purposes within shelfKing, we do not store financial card data.
